The duties of designer include:

1. Professional design skills, such as graphic design, web design, UI/UX design, etc.

2. Familiar with common design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.

3. Possess abundant creativity and imagination, capable of providing innovative design solutions and approaches, as well as basic knowledge of design production.

4. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work well with team members and clients.

5. Understand industry development trends, have keen market insight, and can provide clients with competitive design solutions.

The ability to create simple animation effects will be given priority, as animation is becoming increasingly important in design, especially in web design and UI/UX design. It can enhance user experience, increase interactivity, and make the design more lively and engaging.
