Job requirement:
1. High school or above;
2. Experience in order follow-up;
3. Good communication, coordination, analysis and judgment skills, and teamwork spirit;
4.Good command in English;
5. Skilled in using office software such as Word and Excel;
6. Good work attitude and sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure.
Job responsibilities :
1. Follow up on orders, communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders;
2. Responsible for issuing quotation, invoice, packing list and other related documents;
3. Responsible for the transportation, and inspection of delivered goods;
4. Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints and solving problems;
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the company's goods are delivered to customers in a timely and safe manner.
6. Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Salary and benefits for the above positions are negotiable.
